Batter
  1. Put milk (or sour cream) and flour in alternately.
  2. Mix oleo and sugar
  3. Drop in eggs one at a time, mixing well
  4. Measure flour and sift together with salt, baking powder, and nutmeg.
  5. Add some flour, then some milk, then more flour, etc
  6. Add Raisins.
Cooking
  1. Put plenty of flour on board to roll out
  2. Put in 2 or 3 groups and put on floured wax paper. Roll into a roll and refrigerate over night.
  3. Preheat electric frying pan to 340 degrees (low-medium)
  4. Fry without grease until it starts to dry up like a pancake.
  5. Flip and repeat.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar while hot.
