Batter
- Put milk (or sour cream) and flour in alternately.
- Mix oleo and sugar
- Drop in eggs one at a time, mixing well
- Measure flour and sift together with salt, baking powder, and nutmeg.
- Add some flour, then some milk, then more flour, etc
- Add Raisins.
Cooking
- Put plenty of flour on board to roll out
- Put in 2 or 3 groups and put on floured wax paper. Roll into a roll and refrigerate over night.
- Preheat electric frying pan to 340 degrees (low-medium)
- Fry without grease until it starts to dry up like a pancake.
- Flip and repeat.
- Sprinkle with sugar while hot.
